Italian Lessons…Tre tigri CONTRO tre tigri
Boring afternoon at the office, so Thomas is trying to learn italian…without results!

Last year my quebeccan friend Jean Sebastien told me about the Poutine, a sauce that they put on a typical dish made with chips and Raclette cheese. Even if he told me that it’s not good, we spoke so much about this sauce that i wanted to taste it.
So, when Marie Andrée, a girl from Quebec in mission here like me at Ubisoft, told me that she had brought with her some Poutine bags i said “Ok, i HAVE to taste it!”
So…let’s do a party!

Some weeks ago I escaped (yes, again!) from Casablanca.
Every week-end is good to visit Marocco and now is Marrakech’s turn.
The city is exactly as you can imagine and it’s incredible how it pulses of life: marketplaces, snake charmers, acrobats…For those that know enough the esoteric architecture, well I think Marrakech is the heart of Morocco… and it is not by chance that all the buildings are red.
I’m really glad to have been there.
I don’t know if this is the real Morocco, but Marrakech is like I imaginated it. I can’t describe it, you have to be there, walk in the small streets of the Souk (the market), eat in the big square at the sunset, sleep in one of its enchanting Riads.
It seems to be inside an One Thousand and One Nights’s story…unfortunately I didn’t find a magic carpet…I’m still searching!
This week-end i had been so lazy to leave Casablanca, even the pollution is still a problem for me.
I spent a nice afternoon lunching at the Sqala (a nice restaurant near the harbour) with Thomas and Marie-Andrée and visiting the old medina markets.
Was very relaxing…all things considered Casablanca is not so bad…
A video about a moroccan guy eating italian pasta…and an italian guy eating moroccan food…LOL!!!
Ramadan is finished and we have some days of holiday to celebrate it…but where? Of course at the beach!
After only ten days…I have left Italy again for another country: Morocco.
I’ll be here for the next 4 months to work at the Casablanca Ubisoft office.
